Long-Term Project Administrative Assistant (Temporary Position) Recruitment

I. Application Deadline:

Innovation & Entrepreneurship Hub, National Chung Cheng University

IV. Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

  2. Personal Traits: Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and strong communication and coordination skills.

  3. Skills: Proficient in document processing and familiar with office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  4. Gender: No restriction. Applicants with disabilities or Indigenous backgrounds are welcome.

V. Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with 1-hour lunch break.

VI. Salary:
Hourly wage of NTD 190/hour, negotiable based on project funding and relevant education/experience
(Salary includes labor insurance, health insurance, and labor pension contributions).

VII. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in administrative tasks related to Ministry of Education and other innovation and entrepreneurship projects.

  2. Assist with meeting coordination, general administrative management, and organization of lectures and events.

VIII. Employment Period:
Fixed-term contract from May 2, 2025 to July 31, 2026.
Renewal is subject to work performance and project needs upon contract expiration.

XI. Additional Information:
Candidates placed on the waiting list will remain eligible for appointment for six months from the date the selection results are finalized.

XII. Disqualification Conditions:

  1. Applicants must not be the spouse or a blood or marital relative within three degrees of kinship to the University President or the hiring unit supervisor.

  2. Applicants must have no record of violations related to laws including, but not limited to:
    the Sexual Assault Crime Prevention Act, Child and Youth Sexual Exploitation Prevention Act, Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, Child and Youth Welfare and Rights Protection Act, Act Governing the Appointment of Educators, Teacher Act, Gender Equity Education Act, or Supplementary Education Act.
    This includes individuals who have been convicted by a final judgment or confirmed through investigation by competent authorities or school gender equity committees for sexual assault, sexual harassment, or sexual bullying, and subsequently dismissed or not reappointed with official approval.
